Simchas

Temple Emanuel offers a variety of services to compliment any special occasion. Please set up an appointment through the temple office to find a suitable date for your event and to review any particulars. Our facility is beautiful, warm and welcoming to all.

Experience an organized approach that achieves the most memorable simchas for your family and friends. Our full time rabbi can offer consultation on Bar and Bat Mitzvah planning, weddings and other Jewish life cycle ceremonies. A personalized event package will be assembled through sisterhood for your review to make it your unique day. It will explain Temple Emanuel's kashruth guidelines and menu choices, facility layout and everything from place settings and table arrangements to personnel. Included will be advice on reliable vendors for flowers, balloons, invitations and all other local needs.

Fee schedules apply only to members in good standing who are current with dues. Certain restrictions may apply regarding facility uses and non-member fees can be negotiated. Thank you for considering Temple Emanuel of Lakeland for your next meaningful occasion.

Special # 1 Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch


Smoked White Fish and Lox Platter
Assorted Bagels and Cream Cheese
Cheese Blintzes with Berry Compote
Fresh Fruit Tray
Scoops of Egg and Tuna Salad or Scramble Eggs

Special # 2 Lunch and Light Dinners

Mixed greens salad, pizzas (plain or vegetable), ice cream or,

Mixed greens salad, hot dogs, potato chips, fruit and chocolate chip cookies or,

Caesar salad, choice of baked ziti or baked shells, fruit, chocolate cake and cheese cake                                                                                          
 

Special # 3 Evening Meals and Shabbat

Gefilte Fish with horseradish or Chicken Matzo Ball Soup, Challah

Greek or Garden Salad
Lemon Basil Roasted Chicken
Choice of French Fries or Rice Pilaf
Grilled Vegetables
Cinnamon Babka, Cake, Pie or Cookies

 

Beverages may include orange juice, iced tea, hot tea and coffee service, punch or sodas.

 

Specials 1, 2 and 3 are available for a minimum of ten guests.  Baskets of fruit, vegetables or finger sandwiches may be added to any special and are available in small and large sizes.
